Ouch. I'm hurting today. This cross training/racing thing is beating me up.
My legs hurt, my feet hurt, my back hurts and I'm freaking tired (dang barriers and run up)! But, the cool thing is-I can't wait to recover and DO IT AGAIN!
That's the great thing about cycling. There are so many different types of riding your bike that it's impossible to get board. There is always something a little different to do to challenge you mentally and physically.
